Support accepting any passing test for multi network interface testing #1481

Enhancement Proposal

We have cases in which a particular network test is expected to pass on at least one interface. In that case if we run the test on multiple interfaces and some of them fail, that shouldn't be an issue. Perhaps, checkbox could mark the failing test as skipped. Here are some examples:
