Bug Description

The miscellanea/cpuid test is missing a CPU ID for a Hygon C86-4G 7490 CPU; it's 0x900f41

Cert-blocker Test Case

To Reproduce

Run any Checkbox test plan that includes the miscellanea/cpuid test. It will fail that test with an error (included below).
