Enhancement Proposal

rejected_jobs are stored as part of the session metadata. However, they should be handled like the other lists of jobs (for instance, the mandatory_jobs, and have a dedicated section in the raw session when saved to disk.

This came of interest after Massimiliano's PR to fix #1557
