Description
Original bug: LP: 1908254
Several issues that may share the same root cause.
"Setting up PRIME GPU offloading for AMD discrete GPU" is it a valid case?. It's a desktop, and display is already connected to AMD GFX.
The bug is about suspend, but logs are collected before suspend.
