Remote build: remove old repository if crashes #285

What needs to get done

Remove remote old repository if it is exists and no build jobs on it if the application is request to build the same repository.

Why it needs to get done

Currently if the application crashes / launchpad errors after git upload / process killed, the old repository will stay there and request user to manual delete it before able to build again. This process should be automated.
