Steps to reproduce

  1. Juju3
  2. Delete secret field like username

Expected behavior

No attempt to remove it from the databag

Actual behavior

I think we also evaluate it as 'normal' field

Versions

Operating system: independent from OS

Juju CLI: independent from Juju CLI > 3

Juju agent: independent from libjuju
