Addresses DPE-1342.

The kafka_client interface has recently changed with respect to:

optional requirer request of a certain consumer group ([MISC] Adding optional consumer-group-prefix to the set of parameters… by deusebio · Pull Request #44 · canonical/charm-relation-interfaces )
topic resource name is also provided by the provider ([ISSUE-42] Resource name on the provider side by deusebio · Pull Request #43 · canonical/charm-relation-interfaces )
