Add opensearch support #52

Proposal

Adds opensearch support to the data-platform lib, following the same design as the Kafka charm. Features are detailed in the spec.

Context

This PR is necessary for adding opensearch support to the data-integrator charm

Testing

A simple test charm has been added to the suite.
