After the next version of charmcraft is released (and https://github.com/canonical/charmcraft/issues/1179 is fixed—unblocking upgrade from charmcraft 2.3.0), remove https://github.com/canonical/data-platform-workflows/blob/7a5223ad320058036ef8e7dac644db55e8ec16b4/.github/workflows/build_charms_with_cache.yaml#L188-L194

(added in #74 as a workaround for https://github.com/canonical/charmcraft/issues/1202)

Fix was added upstream in https://github.com/canonical/charmcraft/pull/1219
