The DSS will be integrated with Intel GPUs, a spec file is required for it.

Write a spec file for defining how the integration with Intel GPU is going to be and what changes have to be made to the python and snap components.

An approved spec file that defines the integration with Intel GPU.

Where do we put intel operator plugin manifests.
How we gonna approach integration tests, as we cannot schedule intel devices in the CI.
How should we properly check for presence of the Intel gpu plugin in the cluster.
