Looking on https://www.sketchapp.com/ website they don't have as many official default plugins as I initially thought.

None of these plugins actually help with creating our Vanilla library.

Speaking with Greg and looking at auto-layout tools for responsive components. Anima seems to be the front runner in the Sketch community.

Supported by many big corporations too including Google, Amazon and Shopify.
