Commit and release v2.2.0 Sketch file to vf.io [Jenkins] #421

Once bug fixes have been updated push up to GitHub and release on vf.io.

Pushed updated Sketch library on our GitHub repo: https://github.com/canonical-web-and-design/design-vanilla-framework/blob/master/Vanilla%20Design%20UI%20Kit%20v2.2.0.sketch but can't release to our marketing site.

We no longer have jenkins.demo.haus, have spoken to Joao who is going to look into it for me 👍

Released. My boy @jpmartinspt fixed and built a new Jenkins job for the Sketch file 👍
