Search autocomplete dropdown pattern #446

We have a search box wireframe that includes an autocomplete dropdown.

We don't have this as a pattern, but some work is being carried out in juju and possibly other places, so maybe it would be useful to turn it into a vanilla pattern that supports both the more complex cases (filters, tags, etc), as well as the more simple autocomplete example in the issue above.
