cut new branch for CKF 1.8 #16

This PR is part of closing this issue.

It updates track/3.3 with the newest commits for CKF 1.8.

Mmmh, usually the format of the charms tracks is track/2.36 we do not include the patch version. Maybe we'll need a new branch that corresponds to the right format.

Closing since a new branch named track/2.36 will be used for CKF 1.8.
