Spacing needed after foldout #43

If a foldout is not followed by another foldout then a blank line should be inserted after it. Otherwise you get text stuck to the foldout when it is folded.

Could you give an example of where you're seeing these foldouts?

In this case, it's an admonishment that's stuck to the foldout.
