Update Grafana Agent version to support `sysctl_include` configs #22

Summary

(https://github.com/canonical/grafana-agent-operator/blob/main/src/machine_charm.py#L330-L332 currently sets sysctl_include in the grafana-agent config, but the installed snap version is too old and does not support it.

Please update the grafana-agent version in the snap.

This issue is probably relevant for https://github.com/canonical/grafana-agent-operator as well, but opening here upon request from @sed-i

grafana-agent 0.34.3 now seems to be out on stable, thanks a lot!
