detect unattended-upgrades package-blacklist packages #786

FCE disables unattended-upgrades on infrastructure nodes only for specific packages, e.g. MAAS, PostgreSQL, Corosync, Pacemaker.

It would be good to report this list of packages, so it's more clear that it was disabled for a specific package set and thus it may not make sense to disable it entirely.
