feat: add login screen

Done:

• Add a login screen and pass the auth token to the ReBACAdmin component.
• Upgrade to latest ReBAC admin.

QA:

• Enter the username for a privileged user at the login screen.
• Go to roles or groups and add a role/group.
• Check that the newly created role/group is visible in the table.
