I was wrong, the issue is not actually there. The thing that got me is the fact that we use OpenFGA for different purposes and rely on the same external variable. Techically we should have one var for the "authorizer OpenFGA" and one for the "roles and groups storage OpenFGA", but it doesn't matter anyway.

My fault for getting tricked. Closing as not necessary.
