How to add items to Snap Store in iot-management #24

How should Snap package items t be added to the "Snap Store"?

Right now the the iot-management dashboard shows "No snaps found".

In order to populate Snap Store in IoT Managememt, one has to login to https://snapcraft.io/snaps with the same UbuntuIOne account. After that agree to the "Developer Programme Agreement" and "Register a snap name".
