Enhancement Proposal

We need to add support to the service mesh lib to be able to send back needed labels to put a charm on the mesh and connect to a waypoint.

labels needed to achieve this are "istio.io/use-waypoint": {waypoint-name}, "istio.io/dataplane-mode": "ambient"
