Thanks for filing the issue @larryming8 it looks like you may have had a networking issue or there was a problem with that charm archive.

You may want to check if you can deploy that charm directly outside of the bundle.

This however is the repository for the jaas.ai website. You'll want to file an issue with the bundle or charm author.
