WD-11705 - feat: add API thunks for JIMM endpoints

Add thunks for whoami and logout requests.

QA

• Open LogIn.tsx.
• Inside the component add:

  useEffect(() => {
  void (async () => {
    //   await dispatch(logout());
    const whoamiResponse = await dispatch(whoami());
    console.log("whoami:", unwrapResult(whoamiResponse));
  })();
  }, [dispatch]);

• Visit http://jimm.localhost:8036/auth/logout to make sure you're not logged in.
• Open the dashboard and in the console you should see whoami: null.
• Visit http://jimm.localhost:8036/auth/login and log in.
• Go to the login page again and this time you should see whoami: {display-name: 'jimm-test', email: 'jimm-test@canonical.com'}.
• In the useEffect you added uncomment the logout line.
• Reload the login page and it should display whoami: null.
