charmstore returns server error when fetching charm #573

Charm store is returning an error when attempting to retrieve the cs:~openstack-charmers-next/neutron-api charm. It continuously fails and is also evident when navigating to the charmstore web URL https://jujucharms.com/u/openstack-charmers-next/neutron-api

This is blocking OpenStack Charm CI verification

This seems to be a byproduct of swift replication. The blob is now available.

That url is still 500'ing

@urosj how did you check the blob is now available, because every time I try to access it I get a 500 error

There were intermittent issues. This should be fully resolved now.
