As part of DPE-5370, we released a new revision (revision 12, using commit ace98139fe97f0b4ccd006ddb32ba850504ab4ec) of this charm using charmcraft 3.X.

TODO:

[ ] Use explicit stage / prime because of charmcraft 3 cf. GH#1900

Superseded by https://github.com/canonical/kafka-test-app/pull/22. We just need to remember that once we move on to charmcraft 3, we need to explicitly stage/prime the files we want in the charm.
