[DPE-3930] Integrate karapace snap #2

Integrates Karapace snap into the charm. Switch from initial implementation using a service unit file to snap.

NOTE: Looking on how to get the version now. Main entrypoint is the daemon, so perhaps is best to have a specific app on the snap to return version.
