Context

Create a rock for KServe's agent based on its upstream Dockerfile. Please make sure the latest version of kserve v0.11.2 is used.

What needs to get done

  1. Create the rockcraft project that will be equivalent to the dockerfile
  2. Add sanity tests to the rock directory
  3. Add tox.ini file for enabling testing

Definition of Done

The rockcraft project is merged in main and the resulting container image is published in the charmedkubeflow container image registry.
