Configure the `Security` tab of this repository with security policies #138

Context

TheSecurity tab of this repository should hold information about the team's security policy:

The purpose of this task is to update the tab with the required policy as currently there are no advisories.

What needs to get done

  1. Go to the Security tab and click on the 'Start setup' button
  2. Fill the information of the template
  3. For the 'Reporting vulnerabilities' section, users should be redirected to the Ubuntu disclosure policy.

Definition of Done

The Security tab of this repository contains information about the product's security policy.
