Login screen doesn't show when booting up only #318

When I boot from powered off state, the login screen is completely black (even seems like the screen backlight turns off) but I'm still able to put in my password and login. When I hibernate or put pc to sleep and wake it back up, the login screen shows as it should and everything is fine! This issue only happens on boot from powered off state.

I asked for help in the Garuda Linux forums and this is the thread, I was suggested to post here with my issue:

We couldn't find problem to fix.

I was finally able to test it on my home setup which includes a 34" monitor. The greeter shows on the monitor, but not on the laptop.

im having the same issue, when i boot the pc up i only see my cursor at the login screen the rest is black but i can login using my keyboard and my mouse can click on stuff too it also shows their hover effect i had this problem on the last pc update but i managed to fix it by downgrading nvidia drivers and the kernel but this time i can't seem to get it to work
