Provide an option in configuration to let an external service control Plymouth (More a request than an issue)

Hi,

I would like to manage the plymouth visibility by an other service than lightdm.

Unfortunately, the call to “Plymouth Quit” is hardcoded. Would it be possible to add an option in the lightdm configuration such as "manage_plymouth=false" so that another service has the possibility of controlling the visibility of plymouth?
