Closes #435.

P.S.: The dashboard should be rewritten from scratch at some point.

Solution

use $__rate_interval in the Messages Input panel
mention that the Index row won't have any data (we could also remove it, but I went for minimal changes with the perspective of a rewrite)
the juju_application and juju_unit variables now filter by juju_charm=~"loki-k8s"
