Bug Description

Hi,

We received a LokiRequestLatency alert, and the actual instance was missing from the title : Loki request latency (instance ) (LokiRequestLatency)

Could you please take a look ?

To Reproduce

  1. Create loki latency
  2. Alert fires
  3. Look at alert title

Environment

Running loki-k8s latest/stable rev 136 with Juju 3.1.8.
