Controllers and Devices broken on main #4290

The controllers and devices API shape has changed and needs to be fixed in the same way as machines: https://github.com/canonical-web-and-design/maas-ui/pull/4285

Putting this on hold until we figure out if we can revert the API changes for controllers and devices.
