Add link to documentation home page to submit Github issues for generic "Matter on Ubuntu"-related questions. This defers from the feedback button, which is about improving the documentation.
The link URL should add an appropriate label, for example: https://github.com/canonical/matter-docs/issues/new?labels=help+wanted
