feature: validate that different rotations result in the correct output #130

Validate that different orientations in the display config result in the correct rotation being applied to the final image. This issue was first encountered in this issue. The test:

Run with miral-app -demo-server --screen-rotation
Rotate with Ctrl + Alt + <ARROW>
Confirm that the output has the correctly rotated content
