Issue

Missing tests for failure upgrade/rollback scenario.
Upgrades against current charm (instead of published 8.0/{edge,stable}).

Solution

Added rollback testing case, with failure injection, as done for vm.
test upgrade from 8.0/edge to current.
test upgrade from 8.0/stable to current.
upgrade python-libjuju to address nested assumes issue
