Issue

No audit plugin support

Solution

keep in draft due configuration for audit plugin is pending on spec DA105, ~~depending on snap PR#51, and missing test coverage~~

Install and audit plugin so files on initialization
Add audit log to log rotation duties

Chore

fixed ip observer to check pid and use correct juju command (juju-exec vs. juju-run)
changed local mysqlsh api calls to use socket, so it's faster and less sensible to network issues
