I created a docker file which builds an SSL-capable nrpe_exporter container.
Also updated the documentation to show sample configurations that I spent a while
researching. After 20+ years of using Nagios, The temporal nature of the alerting data
it was not obvious to me. Fortunately, it easy to reach back.
