Tested in https://bileto.ubuntu.com/#/ticket/4684 which now has armhf autopkgtest as passing (hence not visible on https://bileto.ubuntu.com/excuses/4684/impish.html )

that is test of a different package. nvidia-graphics-drivers-390 dkms passes on all architectures, which excuses hides altogether.

pyopencl is flakey https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/pyopencl/impish/amd64 and i'm not sure it is valid at all when executed without nvidia card present.
