Follow the new company-owned board with associated IDs for projects and fields. Adjust the key IDs and column names in current applications accordingly.

The actual configs we pull and use in the process are stored separately in oem-qa-configs (previously they were in oem-kpitools which were under SWE's maintenance) This repo's configs are used for development and testing

Close this PR due to the repo are used for development/testing. Will create another for field name has been changed.
