docs: Add ppa term entry #60

Description

This pull request adds an explainer page about PPA to the glossary, enabling users to gain a better understanding of how this feature plays a role in installing Landscape.

Thanks @YanisaHS! :) I'm trying to find other issues to contribute to but they seem to be taken. Can you help?

@CBID2 I don't have any open for Landscape right now, but I think there's a few open for Snapcraft. I'm going to be out of office for the next couple weeks starting next week, so I'm not planning on adding anything until sometime after that.

I definitely would encourage you to look through the docs too and raise any issues if there's something you'd like to work on! If it's in Landscape, feel free to tag me :smiley: But you can also raise issues for other Canonical docs, especially for those that already have issues posted in the ODA.

If you're looking for additional resources for professional development, I definitely encourage you to learn Diataxis. If you want to become more familiar with Landscape specifically, then I'd recommend you install it (if you haven't already) using the quickstart installation, then explore! You'll be able to learn more about using Landscape, which will help in your doc contributions (and it's also fun!) :partying_face:
