StyleGuide: Add Ubuntu versions #84

Repo: https://github.com/canonical/praecepta

As well as being the home of the Canonical Documentation Style Guide, this repo also includes the Vale rules we use to nudge people into a consistent style.

One of these rules is around the names of Ubuntu releases (checking they are written in the right style and use the correct names) which is great, but currently it doesn't cover the full set of Ubuntu releases. Though it seems a bit technical, this isn't that hard because the rules follow the same format: - 'Ubuntu 24\.04 LTS \((?!(Noble|Noble Numbat)\))'

So, what would be useful would be if someone could update this file to include all the existing versions of Ubuntu (maybe refer to the releases page) to make sure our docs never get it wrong.

Happy to help before the end of the week. And just to confirm: This should include the future Oracular Oriole and the pre-18.04 end-of-life versions, both in the list at the end of the file and in lines 16 and 18 , right?

If you could add those too that would be awesome! Thanks
