Split up lint+unit-tests vs integration tests #21

Description

Split the charm workflow so that linting + unit tests runs on PRs and the integration tests can continue to run on releases.
Fixed issue in linting with the openfga.py library

The previous PR #20 passed integration tests but failed linting. This should've been caught before merging so that's the intention behind this change.
