Increase timeout to 60 minutes

@carlcsaposs-canonical - it doesn't seem like it. The referred lines (tmate) come on the second job test. The failing one is the one where the Building occurs

oh gotcha, I thought the test job was also failing, hence the increased timeout for the test job
