Add script to sync files from Sunbeam #79

The CI for https://github.com/canonical/openstack-exporter-operator/pull/77 is not passing because the canonical/create-pull-request action need to checkout the branch (i.e. main) to create a pull request. The script need to be first added to main branch to make the workflow pass.
