Add sanity tests to KFP ROCKs #59

Context

None of the ROCKs here have sanity tests. We could also take into account https://github.com/canonical/bundle-kubeflow/issues/783

What needs to get done

Add sanity tests e.g. like we do in seldonio-rocks.

Definition of Done

Every ROCK in this repo has sanity tests instead of a placeholder like now.
