Thanks for this @izmalk . I think that a table is definitely a nice way to present this information.
I would note that currently the second column only consists of a single entry. This raises the question of whether that column is necessary at all? You could present the table without that column but use the example of "Allow" directly in the text beforehand, if that is going to be the only example.
Alternatively, you could populate the table with more motivations/reasons and alternative phrases. Several will likely have common reasons, e.g., "is able to", "not only... but also" (verbose). If that seems beyond the scope of this PR then it could be worked on later but as it stands the table seems quite empty.

I do think that we need explanations and examples for each entry. But since I wasn't here when they were added, I'm unaware of the original motivation and I can add some distortion in its meaning if I try to reverse-engineer it. Consider this as a suggestion to add examples and explanations for each one of them eventually. But that can be done later by someone who is aware of the reasoning or by consensus after public discussion (and maybe revision). So feel free to add any explanations/examples if you have any but even without them, I think we need the table for the future.
Replace a list of avoided terms with a table to make it easier to add examples and explanation.
