This PR

Fixes failure in integration tests because asyncio mode was not set to auto
Migrates integration tests from Spring Music charm to Zinc k8s charm
Updates the version of pytest operator used
Adds a new integration test to check that non leader units set waiting status
Fix failures in static analysis due to recent changes in mypy
Upgrade to the latest Prometheus charm library
