This bundles the scripted and echo clients as commands within the prompting-client snap and moves them over to using the poll loop from the daemon.
There is more work we want to do on the scripted client to make it nicer to use in spread tests but I'll sync up with @olivercalder on what we need for that in a follow up PR.
