feat: improve auto grow functionality for TextArea #1006

Done

Improved layout effect for the TextArea component governed by the prop grow. The component now adjusts its height automatically without flicker and will shrink with diminishing content.
Added e2e test for checking the added layout effect for TextArea component.

yarn start

QA in your project

from react-components run:

yarn build
npm pack

Install the resulting tarball in your project with:

yarn add <path-to-tarball>

QA steps

enter and remove text into the TextArea component and make sure its height adjusts accordingly.
